San Francisco 49ers’ Aldon Smith Arrested For Hit-And-Run DUI
Nessa better come get her man…
San Francisco 49ers star Aldon Smith was arrested by police in Santa Clara, Calif., Thursday night and charged with DUI, hit and run and vandalism charges, cops say.
Smith, according to records on the Santa Clara County website, is being held on $26,000 bail.
This is the latest issue for the talented but troubled linebacker.
Smith was suspended for the first nine games of the 2014 season for a series of off-field legal issues. He also missed five games during the 2013 season to undergo treatment at an in-patient facility after his DUI arrest that September.
In April of 2014 he was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport after he told a TSA agent that he had a bomb during a random screening. He was not charged in that instance.
He pleaded not guilty to felony weapons charges following a June 2012 party at his home where two partygoers were injured and Smith was stabbed.
This guy is gonna be washing lettuce and salting the fries at McDonald’s if he keeps on with his shenanigans.
