This outrageous $10 million home has its own drone-filmed commercial

As house prices get increasingly ridiculous in Australia, so too does real estate advertising.

A mega-mansion, fit for a Eurovision star, recently went on the market in the ritzy suburb of Toorak in Melbourne, Australia complete with a video ad to rival The Bold and The Beautiful, with added drone feature. The home is more suited for Russian royalty rather than the humble Australian family, but who wants to be humble.

The house, advertised on Domain, has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, mosaic wall tiles, a wine cellar and a cinema set across four levels. In addition, you’ll never have to take the stairs again with your very own Schindler passenger lift.

So if you enjoy Aston Martins, cigars on a Tuesday, watching a film on the big screen while floating on your back in a lap pool and sleeping on a marble platform, this home is most definitely for you. Dingle Partners, who are behind the sale, are expecting offers above A$10 million for the property.

That’s a lot of mulah, but we believe it is worth every penny to have your very own window water fountain.

Agent Ashton Wongtrakun told Mashable the public interest is extremely positive as it is a flawless home, on a scale that has not been completed before in Australia. “It is a very special property, one you will never see again,” he said.

It is special indeed.
